Since 2022, Erica has been studying Ayurveda - Yoga's sister science- with renowned teacher Myra Lewin. Ayurveda is India’s 5,000-year-old system of holistic medicine-- one that sees the whole person: body, mind, heart, and spirit. 

Motherhood transforms us. It’s a life-altering passage that can leave us feeling unsteady, physically and energetically. You may notice old symptoms becoming more pronounced during pregnancy or after the birth of your child—or entirely new health issues arising. There is a way forward toward long-lasting health, inside and out. Ayurveda works with all ailments, exploring their root causes. Ayurveda shows us what we take in—and how we digest it (both in the mind and the body)—shapes our experience in life.
